Aloe then soothes and hydrates while oxygenating ginseng promotes cell health and skin vibrancy; witch hazel firms and tones, while horse chestnut boosts blood flow, to grant your complexion a naturally fresh and dewy radiance. Okay but…
This was my go to before I discovered milky toners. It is nice but on some days would also burn a bit and irritate my sensitive dry skin..

Still the best glycolic acid toner
This is for me the best glycolic acid toner, I have been using it for over 10 years now and I tried a lot of other brands but nothing works as well as this one…it really improves skin texture and tone, I noticed that my skin gets smoother when I use it and I use this whenever I get a spot and it calms it down overnight, even on my body. For the reviewer who said that it stings the eyes…well yeah it is an ACID and you are not supposed to use it near the eyes. Truly my holy grail and I wish that Cult Beauty would stock the 500ml again.
